The Business Development and Growth Manager has important duties and responsibilities to fulfil, with both short and long-term goals to achieve, and be responsible to increase sales leads and identify ways VAKT can expand and grow its revenue.

Responsibilities

• Find and retain new clients to increase revenue and business growth;

• Developing growth strategies and plans to attract new clients;

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;

• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;

• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Key Skills and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field;

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;

• Sales experience required in CTRM/ETRM ecosystem;

• Experience selling enterprise trading software;

• Knowledge in commodities trading;

• Strong communication skills and IT fluency;

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;

• Excellent organizational skills;

• Fluent English.

Desired:

• Experience in enterprise trading new business sales;

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
